Jared Moss
President
With more than 19 years as a real estate professional, Jared has worked closely with real estate funds, construction developers, general contractors, water companies, and national financial institutions. He has advised on more than $10B in real estate transactions, and litigated nationwide real estate receiverships and CRE loan workouts.
For over 7 years, Jared co-founded leading real estate and fintech projects: real estate title automation platform, 20 megawatt data server development, corporate restructure of digital asset custodian, fintech platform with multi-currency solutions for merchant processors and financial institutions.
Jared earned his Economics degree from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Maria Johnson
CFO
Maria is an experienced management professional with over 35 years of finance, accounting, sales, marketing, operations, and IT.
She has over 20 years experience with Fortune 500 clients.
Maria has over 18 years as a real estate broker in Utah, and over 12 years as a property manager in commercial and residential properties. Maria has also been a testifying expert in complex real estate matters for over 10 years.
Maria holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting, University of Chicago, Booth Graduate School of Business. Chicago, IL. GPA 3.75/4.0. (Top 10%).
Sean Yergensen
CTO
Sean has led the development of some of the world's largest banking systems, overseeing rules and integrations across 173 countries.
As a recent CTO, he developed real estate evaluation and automated reporting systems for government entities, brokerages, and private equity firms to assess land value in domestic and international markets.
With extensive experience in big data, distributed systems, and automation, Sean has built and optimized backend systems across various industries, including project management, machine learning, AI, payment processing, and online retail.
